DigiPack

This is the style of the CD case that we will need to make.
A digipak is a case that is more like a book style because it consists of a gatefold paperboard or card stock outer binding, with one or more plastic trays capable of holding our CD in. However, a didgipak can also be made to hold DVDs too.
A digipak is often used for CD singles or special editions of the CD album.
Digipak-style cases became popular among record labels and recording artists in the early 2000's.
Also, they can be seen as more environmentally friendly because one manufactuer has announced100% post-consumer PET tray made from recycled bottles, this also eliminates the need for the brittle "teeth".
Many printers use recycled or sustainable material for the board stock.
